Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
I
crave easy recipes that I can whip up and go. This is one of these.
It literally takes 2 ingredients, and it tastes incredible! There
isn't any candy thermometer involved, and the texture is very smooth.
Feel free to add peanuts. :)
Ingredients
1
12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
½
cup and 2 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter (basically a heaping ½
cup of peanut butter)
- Create a double boiler. (Take a small saucepan and fill halfway with cold water. Heat until simmering.)
- Line a 8x8 or 9x9 pan with foil. Spray some non stick spray.
- Place a large bowl over the top of the saucepan. The larger bowl should not touch the water. Make sure the bowl is heat proof.
- Pour the chips and peanut butter into the bowl. Mix constantly until melted. I used a whisk.
- When there are just a few chips left unmelted, take it off the stove and whisk until everything is fully incorporated.
- Pour into the greased pan. Let cool.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy! :)
