2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

I crave easy recipes that I can whip up and go. This is one of these. It literally takes 2 ingredients, and it tastes incredible! There isn't any candy thermometer involved, and the texture is very smooth. Feel free to add peanuts.  :)

Ingredients
1 12 oz bag of white chocolate chips
½ cup and 2 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter (basically a heaping ½ cup of peanut butter)

  1. Create a double boiler. (Take a small saucepan and fill halfway with cold water.  Heat until simmering.)
  2. Line a 8x8 or 9x9 pan with foil. Spray some non stick spray.
  3. Place a large bowl over the top of the saucepan. The larger bowl should not touch the water. Make sure the bowl is heat proof.
  4. Pour the chips and peanut butter into the bowl. Mix constantly until melted. I used a whisk.
  5. When there are just a few chips left unmelted, take it off the stove and whisk until everything is fully incorporated.
  6. Pour into the greased pan. Let cool.
  7. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.  Enjoy! :)
